The Ascagnano Estate consists of a historic nucleus of buildings located on a plateau overlooking the entire upper Tiber Valley, and more specifically a Medieval Castle (11th century), The Villa (1600-1800) the equipped park, a thoroughbred horse farm, farmhouses and farmsteads with land used for various purposes.

The farm includes more than 560 hectares of land.

The 800-square-meter Medieval Castle retains all the architectural features of the period and is connected to the villa by an underground tunnel.

The Villa is in full working order and the degree of maintenance and finishing is excellent.
The interior is frescoed and there are numerous works of art.
In addition to furniture and paintings, there is an important cataloged collection of Etruscan artifacts and a room personally frescoed by Futurist current artist Gerardo Dottori.
Floors, fixtures and all architectural masonry are of great value and some original dating back to the 18th century.
The interior layout of the villa is on three levels, the ground floor used as a living area (kitchen, lounges, library, study).
The second floor sleeping area (master bedrooms, bathrooms, living room), from where there is direct access to the garden in front of the castle and the body of the building that housed the former stables, above which is a playroom.
The second floor is intended for services and bedrooms.
In the portion of the garden in front of the main entrance to the villa, there is a small church and a frescoed greenhouse overlooking an Italianate garden.
In the park, which is completely fenced in, there are centuries-old plants of various species (redwoods, cedars, oaks, holm oaks).
There is a swimming pool, tennis court (basketball), soccer field, covered area with barbecue and changing rooms; stables with riding stables.
The remaining buildings (2,000 square meters), which are part of the historic core and located within the park, have different uses, such as guest quarters, janitor’s and servant’s house, cellars and storage rooms.

There are several farmhouses and outbuildings in the 560-hectare plot of land.
