Near Peccioli, the richest town in Italy, this charming Art Nouveau villa dating back to the mid-19th century is available, complete with a panoramic swimming pool. With a total area of 400 square meters, the villa is spread over two levels, offering the following layout:
The ground floor accommodates a fully equipped masonry kitchen with appliances, a utility room, a living room embellished with an elegant lava stone wood-burning fireplace, surrounded by sofas, armchairs and satellite TV. From this place, it is possible to admire a spectacular scenery full of vineyards and hills stretching to the wonderful city of Volterra. Using a small brick staircase, one descends to the garden below, characterized by a majestic linden tree. Beyond this garden, protected by a tufa wall that guarantees absolute privacy, stands the swimming pool in a dominant position, with salt water (dimensions 12 x 4 x 1.30 meters with a whirlpool relaxation area). The pool is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and more. This villa has been expertly renovated, preserving its architectural features. Furnished with extreme taste, every detail, including original 19th-century furniture and furnishings, gives the villa a special elegance. The fine decorations, frescoes and original wide vaulted ceilings and volticciole immerse us in the past, allowing us to savor the atmosphere of those places.
