The farm covers a total area of 103 ha, in a single body divided into 9 ha of vineyard, 7 ha of olive groves, 4 ha of arable land, 79 ha of forest, 3 lakes of 1.5 ha and 2.5 ha of parks and gardens.
The buildings are within the farm land. Internal farm roads are provided by dirt roads
for a total extension of about 8 km.
Half of the extension of the farm is part of a hunting wildlife farm and the other half is completely fenced.

Farmhouse
The structure is located in a panoramic position at an altitude of about 400 meters. It consists of an old farmhouse with an attached barn that together are divided into 8 apartments, within a park-garden created with classic Mediterranean shrubs and stone walls.
