A few kilometers from Asti and only 30 minutes from the center of Turin, this splendid estate is strategically located, just over an hour from both Milan and the ski slopes of Sestriere or the sea of Liguria. The manor house, situated on a hill with 360-degree panoramic views, dominates a striking landscape surrounded by vineyards, a park with swimming pool and a state-of-the-art winery.

The oldest part of the villa dates back to 1683, when it was built as a monastery. Later, it was transformed into a luxurious aristocratic residence. The main façade of the villa is striking in its elegance, with a double central staircase and three balconies on the main floor enriched with beautiful wrought-iron details.
The colonnaded portico offers an enchanting view of the vineyards, while the inner courtyard, embellished with a stone fountain, evokes atmospheres of other times.

The main house covers about 364 square meters and, on the ground floor, accommodates a refined living area consisting of a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. On the upper floor, the sleeping area houses three large bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, as well as a wardrobe room and a laundry room.

A second building is dedicated to welcoming guests and tasting the wines produced by the estate, with direct access to the modern winery that still preserves the ancient underground cavity, the “infernot.” The interiors captivate with traditional vaulted ceilings and an industrial kitchen to support accommodation activities. On the upper floor is an independent apartment of 130 square meters.

The third structure of the estate houses two additional apartments, arranged on two levels, of 120 square meters and 86 square meters respectively, both with independent entrances.
The oval-shaped, multi-level swimming pool includes a bar area, making it perfect for relaxing moments.
The original church, separate from the villa, has been restored and converted into a garage and storage rooms.

The property produces some of the best wines in the area, including Monferrato DOC Nebbiolo, Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG and Piemonte DOC Grignolino for reds, and Monferrato DOC Arneis and Sauvignon Bianco for whites. Vineyards currently cover 4.5 ha and include:

The property covers a total of 13.3 hectares, including 8,000 square meters of gardens, 4.5 hectares of organic vineyards, 0.9 hectares planted with more than 300 PGI Piedmont hazelnut trees, a 7,000-square-meter lake, and 3.4 hectares of woods and orchards. All this is set in a valuable landscape context dedicated to the protection of biodiversity and environmental preservation.
