This property was designed to meet the needs of hospitality and comfort, effectively composed of three large interconnected volumes developed on three floors, connected by internal staircase with provision for elevator.
From the construction point of view, the building consists of a reinforced concrete structure with brick infill, completely plastered and painted in a light yellow shade. The architectural rigor of the building and the constant search for formal cleanliness of the facades are reflected in the interior design concepts, while at the same time maintaining materials typical of the area. Minimalist furnishings with contemporary wooden elements were chosen, including wenge-stained closets and beds, wenge-stained oak doors with brushed steel handles and locks, and square sconces in white frosted glass with polished steel hooks.
From the plant engineering point of view, the building is equipped with a heating / cooling system consisting of fan coils.
Inside there are 11 apartments in addition to common areas on all floors.
Possibility of extension for additional 6 apartments ( concession obtained for the purpose of the superintendence of architectural heritage) in addition to the possibility of making additional 2 apartments within the basement area (work in progress).
