The project envisions the Villa to be structured on two levels: a ground floor of 145 sqm and a basement of 35 sqm, for a total covered area of 180 sqm. The Sea View Villa on the ground floor includes a spacious living area for use as a living-dining room and kitchen, a guest bathroom, and three/four double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.
Meanwhile, in the basement, a multipurpose storage area, with the possibility of creating a cellar for wines, a sauna, and a guest bathroom. Externally, the extensive shading structures will allow for optimal utilization of the beautiful sea-view terrace. The rooftop will be accessible and made usable through a dedicated external independent staircase.
Currently, the building is in a rustic state, including the structure of the complete basement floor and the entire foundation that constitutes the floor of the dwelling, including supporting pillars. Regarding external floorings, the type of plaster, and various finishes, which can be personalized, it is necessary to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the building permit and the corresponding landscape authorization.
There is the possibility of obtaining approval to construct a 40 sqm sea-view swimming pool.
