ANCIENT FARMHOUSE TO BE RESTORED IN SALENTO, 2 KM FROM SAN GREGORIO, PATÙ MARINA – APULIA

The farmhouse in Salento, as reported on the keystone placed on the entrance door, dates back to 1760. The area where this farm stands is Vereto, a very ancient Messapian city. Vereto is an open-air museum.

The farmhouse Campanelle in Salento has a covered area of 290 square meters and stands on a plot of 8,000 square meters, with the possibility of buying another adjacent land of about 6,000 square meters at the price of an additional 60,000 euros.

Also on the land, there is a building of 60 square meters intended for storage that can be used as a Guest House. Some archaeological studies have established the presence of a wall of 4 km in addition to the discovery of numerous finds of various types (vases, oil lamps, capitals, small work tools).
